There is nothing you need to provide – we bring all cleaning products and tools required to clean your space. If you would like a special product used, please let us know and make sure it is left out for us to easily find.

There are several ways The Clean Team can enter your home, you choose the method that you are most comfortable with. We have had clients leave a door open for us, be home to let us in, leave a key hidden for us, or given us a door code. If you are a recurring customer, you can also provide us with a key.

You can be if you choose, however, we ask that you stay somewhere out of the way so that our team can complete the work as quickly and efficiently as possible. You can also decide to not be present for the appointment and we can lock up or leave a door open when we leave.

Cancellations are absolutely allowed as long as you contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment. Please be aware if your service is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, we are unable to access the home upon arrival, or we are turned away at the door, a cancellation fee equal to half the service price will be billed to you.

Discounts are only provided to recurring customers and are based on the recurrence of your cleans. The more often we clean your space, the more you save.

Yes, you will have the same team cleaning on a reoccurring basis. There may be rare occasions where one of the clean team will be someone new, but there will always be someone familiar with your home there to guide them.

We are a fully insured company and any accidental damage to your home will be fully covered.

Absolutely. We are both bondable and insured.

We provide several other services and are continuing to expand. At the moment, we provide laundry services, organization services, as well as mat cleaning and exchange for businesses. Our brother company – Odd Job Jacks – also provides lawn care, snow removal, exterior home cleaning, and more!
